1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client"), and Viraluxe Media ("we," "us," "our"), concerning your access to and use of the viraluxemedia.net website and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

By accessing the Site and purchasing our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Services

Viraluxe Media provides premium digital marketing campaigns ("Campaigns") designed to enhance your online presence, authority, and engagement. Our services are presented as marketing solutions that deliver high-quality, authentic-looking results. While we strive for precision, we do not guarantee exact numbers of followers, likes, or other metrics due to the dynamic nature of digital platforms.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful and timely delivery of our Campaigns, the Client agrees to the following:

• Accurate Information: You must provide correct and complete information for each Campaign, including public social media profile links or post URLs. Viraluxe Media is not liable for Campaign failures resulting from incorrect information provided by the Client.
• Public Profile: All relevant social media profiles must be set to "Public" for the entire duration of the Campaign.
• No Mid-Campaign Alterations: You agree not to change your username or alter the provided links while a Campaign is active. Doing so will disrupt service delivery, for which Viraluxe Media will not be held responsible.

4. Payments, Funds, Bonuses, and Refunds

Our platform operates on a secure account balance system. To purchase a Campaign, you must first add funds to your Viraluxe Media account. This top-up is a separate transaction and does not constitute an order. From time to time, we may, at our sole discretion, offer promotional bonuses upon the addition of funds. These bonuses are considered promotional credits and hold no cash value.

Once your account is funded, you may then browse our selection of Campaigns and use your balance to place an order. All sales are final. Once a Campaign has been ordered and has entered our fulfillment process, the funds used for that specific order are non-refundable.

In the rare event of a service disruption or failure, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to provide compensation in the form of a non-expiring account credit. Cash refunds will not be issued. Any account credit provided as a goodwill gesture will be calculated based on the original payment amount, exclusive of any promotional bonus funds.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support to resolve the issue will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our Services in connection with any illegal activity, or to promote content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, fraudulent, or violates the terms of any third-party social media platform. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to promote.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Your use of our Services is at your sole risk. Viraluxe Media is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, or any other social media platform.

Crucially, the Client acknowledges that using third-party marketing services carries inherent risks. Viraluxe Media is not liable for any account suspension, content removal, engagement decrease, or any other adverse action taken by a social media platform against your account. By using our Services, you assume full responsibility for any and all potential consequences.

7. Termination

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without notice, to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any future use of the Services for any reason, including for violation of these Terms or suspected fraudulent activity.
